Sibling Event

Brades’ Place hosts sibling events where siblings of our patients join together for fun, connection, resiliency skills, and to be the center of attention!  Finding themselves surrounded by other kids who also have siblings with life-altering illnesses, they are no longer alone or unusual, and they find belonging enhanced with fun and purposeful activities to ensure an awesome time!  Together we enjoy group discussions, new friendships, rejuvenation, new connections, and a really great time.

Family Fun Fall Event

Families living with life-altering illness are welcomed for a mid-day activity of fun, food, and festivities.  Typically held the first day of Fall Break, families can look forward to gathering together with other families facing serious illness to play games, make crafts, share a meal, have family and individual portraits taken, and gain some great new skills for living with medical complexities!

Parent Evening

Brades’ Place hosts a Parent and Caregiver Evening where our patient’s caregivers gather for an evening away from the demands of home life and caregiving. Together we enjoy rejuvenation, reprieve, replenishing activities, speakers, music, lots of laughter, and discovering friendships that will last a lifetime.

We celebrate the anniversary of Brady’s birthday with an annual community fundraiser. Reminisce on the sweet joys and simple pleasures in your life by purchasing an order of chocolate covered strawberries. All proceeds are directly used to support local families with special needs children.
